The software is completely portable meaning there is no installation required. Simply extract the ZIP file and launch MStarBinTool-GUI64.exe. During testing, Windows SmartScreen displayed the usual warning because the application is not digitally signed. After clicking More info > Run anyway the software launched successfully.
The interface initially opens in Russian but switching to English only takes a few seconds through Options > Select Language > English. Once changed all menus become easy to understand.
